Information we collect

Our public enquiry form may collect your name, mobile number, email address, city, selected service and message. Do not submit Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, account or card details, passwords, OTPs, credit-report contents or document copies through the public form.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to contact you, understand your request, explain service requirements, prevent abuse and maintain necessary service records. We do not sell enquiry information.

Service providers and consent

Where a service requires an authorised third party, lender, insurer, bureau or government portal, we explain the applicable process before information is submitted. Credit-report access requires customer consent and must use permitted channels.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, legal obligations and dispute handling. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online transmission is completely risk-free.
